Blog Award

First off, I want to thank Carrie at Windsongs and Wordhoards for passing on a Liebster Award. Carrie creates lovely colored pencil drawings and has been posting some awesome work from her young daughter.
SO, here are the rules:  this award is to be passed on to five blogs you enjoy, each with fewer than 200 followers. Upon receiving one the idea is to:
1. Thank the giver and link back to the blogger who gave it to you .
2. Reveal your top 5 picks and let them know by leaving a comment on their blog.
3. Copy and paste the award on your blog.
4. Hope that the people you’ve sent the award to forward it to their five favorite bloggers.

Here are my five picks:

Silver Apples of the Moon - Tara L. Chang is a wonderful artist and cook  and gardener and music appreciator. She's also organizing some awesome workshops like the Greg Manchess one I recently attended.

Kim Harris Thacker:Writer  - Kim is an aspiring writer and is simply full of enthusiasm for story telling.  She posts wonderful reviews of books and has some terrific links on her site for other writers who are trying to get their first big break in the publishing world.

Inside the Studio of Rose Dall - Rose is an exquisite artist who has tremendous color sense and strong design skills. Her spiritually based work is infused with emotion and conviction. And that color!! Oh, if I could be so bold.

earth angel art - Amanda Clark has a distinct style that I love. Plus she has wonderful music playing on her blog. I've discovered many new musicians just from visiting. There's a warm feeling I get when I click to her spot on the web.

John Deininger's Illustration  - John work is filled with life and personality. He has interested blurbs on his blog as well as W.I.P'.s
SO, there you go. Check them out and thanks again, Carrie for the award.
