IMC 2011 Student Work

UPDATE: Over at Muddy Colors, they just announced a scholarship to attend IMC 2012. Anyone considering attending should submit. Deadline is December 1st.

All the 2011 student's work is now posted on IMC's website. There is some wonderful work there. What I like to see is what some of the students achieved in their piece, after viewing the initial thumbnail in the critique session. It shows how much they learned and gleaned from the teachers during the IMC week.

Unfortunately, I won't be attending next year, but if you are wondering about going, fly on over to James Gurney's blog. He has posted a brief, yet concise synopsis of the week.

Beautiful work! Your butterfly girl is so very happy. I love her. You should open a website where you sell your prints. I want a huge print of this to put in my daughter's room. My baby girl Zayaa is growing so fast. She is very adorable. We are so in love with her. You are amazing.

Thank you Bayra. Your posts always make my day. I love Zayaa's name. How old is she? Do her brothers love her?
Take care and thanks again.
